Through centered ceremony SageFemme Wellness provides support, guidance, grounded empowerment, and compassion when meeting you on your journey.
Each ceremony is tailored and unique as the one being honored and the constellation of support that holds them.

The journey through labor and delivery is an experience both unique to the individual and shared among those who have walked the path through to the other side.
The "Becoming" ceremony is to honor your pregnancy journey through to parenthood.
Let us gather those closest to you, and with intention, honor your experience with ritual and care.
Traditionally done before baby's arrival, the Becoming Ceremony can be before or after baby's arrival.
The focus is :

honoring a time of deep transformation

celebrating the journey ahead or
the threshold that has been crossed -
centering rest and joy in different forms, being present, being nourished, and connection with your community

protecting the early weeks of healing and bonding with baby
Centered Bereavement
$900
Bereavement and Loss are disorienting and altering events and even more so in the unthinkable case of pregnancy and infant loss.
This bereavement ceremony holds space for a loss that many experience in private, without sincere acknowledgement from those around them.
Through this external ritual the aim is to help process internal feelings. Together we can create a space to honor your loss with compassion, care, and understanding.
The focus is:

Centered Conception

The journey to conception is often unseen and unsupported when it is just as much a unique experience as any other.
Through moments of repeated ritual the conception ceremony aims to co-create touchstones of care to anchor and honor you on your journey.
The focus is :

connecting to discuss how you're doing so far and listening to what's on your mind about next steps in your journey

discussing how we can support your body, mind, and spirit

naming and honoring your hopes and fears practice visualization exercises/guided meditations
-
envisioning and co-creating a plan of support and grounding
